The integrated Precision Screw Pump maintains stable, pulse-free pressure for consistent fluid delivery.  The machine ensures that fluid fillings are hermetically sealed within the crust without leakage. The pump and high-speed shutter work in perfect synchronization, preserving the original flavor and color of materials like chocolate ganache or fruit jams without aeration.

  • Artisan Fluidity: Preserves the natural color and flavor profile of sensitive fillings (Chocolate, Jams) by eliminating air bubble entrapment.
