Product Overview This high-capacity bread production line is configured around the 8-outlet working mode of the 4P servo divider: eight dough pieces are cut simultaneously in one stroke, giving the line a peak output of 12,000 pieces per hour at small piece weights. Downstream, the dough rounder, intermediate proofer and one-out-two forming machine are matched to the same rhythm, so the full 23,000 mm line runs continuously without manual buffering between machines.
